Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview:

Wyzet is seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. You will be responsible for designing, building and supporting highly complex systems that serve users globally. This position offers the opportunity to bring industry-leading practices in site reliability, infrastructure automation and CI/CD to boost team productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop in an agile environment, including TDD and pairing.
• Collaborate with balanced development teams to integrate infrastructure solutions into software delivery.
• Design, implement, and maintain Kubernetes clusters and associated infrastructure.
• Design and maintain fully automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using Argo Workflows, GitHub actions, and Buildkite.
• Troubleshoot issues related to infrastructure, applications, and deployments.
• Develop and implement monitoring and alerting for cloud infrastructure and applications.
• Participate in on-call rotation for incident response and system maintenance.
• Collaborate on security measures, ensuring the highest level of data protection.
• Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Bachelor’s or Master degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong expertise in Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform).
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment processes.
• Experience with monitoring tools and practices for ensuring system reliability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills (Important).

Good to Have:

• Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Docker Certified, Kubernetes Certified).
