Senior DYNAMIC 365 Engineer

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Engineer with great communications skills to join our dynamic team at Wyzet. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement complex Dynamics 365 solutions, including customizations, integrations, and extensions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
  • Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and maintain high-quality code
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Dynamics 365 implementations
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Dynamics 365 features, updates, and industry trends

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience of at least 4 years in implementing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Must have Good Communication Skills and Proficient in English Language.
  • Expertise in Dynamics 365 development tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents.
  • Strong proficiency in X++ (C#), JavaScript, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and integration methodologies
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, including plugins, workflows, and business process flows
  • Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud technologies, such as Microsoft Azure
  • Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE)
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git)
  • Experience with performance tuning and optimization of Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Understanding of business process management and process automation
  • Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-300, MB-500).
